In order to complement this delivery expertise we are now seeking to hire a sales professional who can have solution orientated conversations with C-level customers around a holistic workplace performance solution. The level of conversation that you are able to have transcends you from being a "supplier" to becoming a "co-creator" and "partner", where Davidson is able to deliver innovative and cutting edge solutions to complex people problems. You will enjoy the intellectual challenge of understanding our clients' business issues better and quicker than others and enjoy not only the hunt of client acquisition, but also the account management follow through.

You will be a solutions sales professional who is seeking to join a growth industry sitting in an organisation where there is a core belief that there is always a better way of doing things. Our most successful people in this role have come from an Executive Search background with an existing network of senior contacts or a senior HR professional who is seeking more people contact and the opportunity for your remuneration to be linked directly to performance.

Ideal Experience:

  • Tertiary qualified - HR or Business disciplines advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and/or execution of People Performance and Experience strategies and solutions
  • Full sales cycle experience, including planning, proposing, forecasting, negotiation and delivery to meet sales targets
