Practice Lead - Corporate (BNE)

The opportunity

In this role, you will act a as a leader, mentor and coach of a team of Consultants within the Brisbane Corporate Business Unit. This will enable you to retain a team whose values and specialisations are aligned to our services and Davidson's Corporate portfolio. Your advice, recruitment expertise, sales and marketing guidance, and hands-on coaching to ensure the highest level of consultant practice and development,

You will build and maintain strong partnerships that brand us as knowledge conduits and thought leaders within the corporate sector, creating an unparalleled advantage in the market. Working closely with the General Manager, you will contribute to the achievement of strategic goals.

You will be joining a team of highly experienced and respected group of professionals. With significant support through best practice training and professional development as well as expert advice and support in establishing your profile throughout the market and through social media, you will be set up to succeed.

In this role you will fully utilise your collaborative approach to working with peers and clients, effective communication, influencing and negotiating skills and a commitment to professional excellence. You are a self-starter who shows initiative, has a high level of integrity, are well organised, with strong commercial acumen, results driven, quality focussed and driven to evolve and develop.

In this role, your experience will include:

  • Background in Business Support and/or Sales & Marketing;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams for high-performance, through coaching and mentoring;
  • Proven ability to build networks and grow a portfolio of clients within the corporate sector;
  • Strong ability in tracking and reporting on analytical data for future performance of development of the corporate team's strategy;
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a vibrant and vast stakeholder community.
