About the Role:
Davidson are partnered with a client that require and outbound (or confident inbound) phone consultant to assist with extra workload for one week. This role is to start immediately and Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
- Making outbound calls to confirm they have received promotional material
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Update and maintain customer database
- Respond to email enquiries
Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience within a call centre environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Well developed communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- A confident and engaging phone manner
