You have the chance to enjoy a six-month fixed term contract within this genuine and long-standing trade services company.

About the Role

Based in the Northern Beaches, you will join a positive and engaged team of 14. You will be the glue and heart of the office through providing support in reception, office coordination, accounts payable and payroll.

Your responsibilities with include (but not be limited to):

  • Attend to the day to day running of office
  • Be the go-to person for customers and staff, through bringing a solutions-focussed approach to all enquires and requests
  • Payroll and accounts payable
  • Managing procurement of all office supplies including stationery, office equipment and furniture


About You

  • You will be regarded for your genuine care and dedication, along with the ability to take on a busy a diverse position
  • You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • You will be a fantastic team player with an approachable, easy going and friendly personality, which will be warmly welcomed by all members
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and rapport building skills are also paramount


In terms of professional background

  • A minimum four years' experience in a diverse administrative position
  • Business Administration qualifications
  • Accounts and payroll experience
  • Intermediate to Advance in Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Have strong experience with Xero and Simpro
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and outgoing attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills
