About the Company
A highly regarded boutique company are looking for a part-time Administration Support Officer to join them on an 8 week contract working 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday

About the Role
Your responsibilities with include (but not be limited to):

  • Diary Management
  • Answering the phone, emails and direct enquiries
  • Providing administration support to the director and other staff members
  • Organise meeting rooms
  • Reception duties as required
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You
You will have:

  • Immaculate presentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills
  • Have at least 5+ years experience in a similar role
