Job Description

About the Role -

  • Acting as the 1st point of contact for all visitors as an ambassador for the brand
  • Handle customer queries over the phone and via email
  • Processing and packing online orders
  • Data entry, updating spreadsheets
  • Handling all returns
  • Liaise with stores and other internal departments
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

About You -

  • Articulate and polished
  • Intermediate MS - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise
