Reporting to and supporting an engaged Team Leader, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

Responsibilities include:

  • Support in the coaching of two engaged Membership Services members
  • Leading by example through providing high quality and proactive support to members, via phone, email and in-person visits
  • Bring in new ideas for maintaining high staff moral and energy
  • Ensure system compliance
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction in a challenging industry environment
  • Improving staff productivity and efficiency through learning and multi-skilling

You will be considered for this opportunity if you have:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience as a Customer Service within a leadership capacity within the professional services industry
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor, coach and supervise customer service staff through a stage of change and growth
