The Strategic Communications team of Silver Chain is in a period of significant growth and as such the Media and Brand Manager has been created. Leading a newly forming team, the Manager will lead the development and implementation of the Silver Chain Group brand and digital communication strategies and manage the brand platform. Silver Chain has embarked on significant brand refresh and the Media and Brand Manager will help to finalise the refresh and roll this significant piece of work out across the organisation nationally.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Lead, inspire and development the media and brand team of specialists
  • Develop and implement the external digital communications strategy, including digital platforms to further the market brand position and organisational reputation
  • Lead all activities related to brand, brand platform and strategy
  • Partner with external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
  • Manage budgeting activities to ensure the delivery of brand and digital communications projects

As the Media and Brand Manager you will have experience working in a national or complex organisation that provides people services to our community. With experience in B2B, B2G and B2C environments you will have experience developing and implementing strategy as well as supporting the organisation in brand refresh activities. Advanced digital literacy and experience managing digital platforms including social media and websites and experience building trusted relationships with executives to support the delivery of campaigns will be essential to ensure success in this role. Highly developed communications skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment will also contribute to your success.
