Reporting to a very passionate and inclusive Chief Academic Officer, you will work across the whole of campus providing advice, reports and recommendations to the Executive Team and the CEO. More specifically you will be responsible for providing collaborative and strategic leadership, direction and management in relation to all student records administration including issuance of official qualification certification, external data reporting to government and other regulatory agencies. Your role will have you working very closely with the Chief Operations Officers' portfolio providing strategic direction and advice to minimise revenue leakage ensure timely claiming of funds and ensure best practice in relation to regulatory and business governance systems and processes to manage student records across BKI.

To ensure your success in this role, you will be a consultative leader with a proven track record working within a similar role focusing on confidentiality around student records management and record retention, reporting within a highly regulated environment that requires detailed and accurate reporting into government. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of data analytics, contract management and government reporting and high level written communication to manage complex responses to FOI's and Student complaints. You may also have developed your career within Federal or State government department. You thrive in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across an organisation and enjoy the ability to influence Senior Leaders and make recommendations for change and best practice.
