What will you do?
You will provide strategic direction and empowering leadership to enhance the customer experience through ensuring your team delivers high quality outcomes that meet the needs and expectations of the Manningham community.
As an outstanding people leader and respected engineer, you will provide expert advice in relation to the maintenance, rehabilitation, upkeep and augmentation of community infrastructure assets that promote connectivity, meet sustainability, amenity and safety standards, and respond to the impact of community growth. Providing direction to the management of our fleet and depot operations, you will also guide the provision of effective traffic management services, drainage investigations and technical approvals for private developments throughout the City. Engaging with and enhancing relationships with key stakeholder groups internal and external will be pivotal to your success.
Who are you?
You are a proven leader who is visionary, contemporary, displays a "can do" attitude and who can bring others on the journey to deliver agreed objectives. You will be a leader who has the business nous to develop high performing customer focused teams, build organisational collaboration and deliver excellence in service delivery. A logical mind, project management skills, and an Engineering degree are all key attributes of you.
