Lower Murray Water (LMW) is a large regional organisation servicing diverse communities across the region, stretching from Kerang to the South Australian border. Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure Services you will lead the strategic direction of asset planning for LMW's Water, Sewerage, Irrigation and Drainage infrastructure. You will apply your experience in infrastructure planning and asset management to drive the development and implementation of business cases and strategies for the future capital expenditure and pricing paths at LMW. In this key role, you will ensure a high performing culture and continuous improvement mindset, uplifting capability across your team and working cohesively with other divisions to deliver on outcomes. As custodian of Infrastructure Strategies, Urban and RuralMaster Plans, Urban water supply strategy and climate adaption initiatives as related to infrastructure, the role will underpin service outcomes for our customers and business success.

You bing experience in asset management from a whole of life perspective leading a complex portfolio of technical experts across a service driven organisation. You have experience in developing business cases for asset investments and are well regarded for providing direction and advice to senior leadership teams. Highly regarded for your customer and stakeholder skills, you will enjoy this opportunity to join a high performing customer focused organisation. An appreciation of the water sector would be beneficial but not necessarily a key requirement of the role.
