Reporting to the Director Business Transformation, this role will require you to lead and empower the Information Technology team to plan and deliver programs that will enhance customer experience, enable innovative and efficient delivery of services, whilst driving positive change in the use of systems throughout the organisation. You will draw upon your natural leadership capabilities to create, nurture and maintain a progressive and positive team culture. As the Manager, you will utilise your exceptional communication skills to build relationships and effectively manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders so that technology can positively enable the business and Moreland community.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone with an IT background and preferred Public Sector experience, to drive the organisation's long term IT and Records Management Strategy whilst assisting the department's Director to influence political outcomes, internally and externally, through strong, pragmatic governance. You will be passionate about the critical work this role delivers to Moreland and bring a commercial and strategic approach to continuous business improvement initiatives and deliver on projects in line with allocated timelines, procurement processes and budgets.
