Reporting to the General Manager Customer & Community, as the Manager Customer Experience you'll play a critical role in helping to bring Barwon Water's vision for exceptional customer service to reality. Leading our enterprise customer experience program and a large complex operational team, you'll constantly be looking to innovate and improve through breakthrough customer strategies and actions that create efficiencies, ensure a superior customer experience and build strong customer relationships.

With a proven track record for delivering outcomes, you are known as an authentic leader who builds trust and credibility through your engaging style. You will have experience building collaborative, high performing teams whilst leading them through transformational change including the delivery of digital projects that focus on the customer needs.
