Are you an experienced level 1 Helpdesk support agent? Our client is a well known Local Council based in Bright, they are looking for IT support to drive down the response and resolution times for support tickets; and allow more time for the ICT team to attend to project and strategic tasks.
This Council operates a wide array of internal ICT services, providing Level 1 support of staff for those services. Services are typically provided onsite and in person, and remotely via phone, email and screen sharing technologies.
The type of skills and experience required includes:
* Microsoft Windows 10.
* Microsoft 365, including Office 365.
* Apple iPhone and iPad mobile devices.
* Desktop and laptop hardware support.
* Microsoft Windows Server 2012 with Active Directory.
