Lead Engineer Investment Portfolio

Endeavour Energy distribute affordable, safe and reliable electricity to over 2 million people in homes and businesses across Sydney's Greater West, the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, the Illawarra and the South Coast. Recent privatisation, and the current transition from a traditional 'poles and wires' business to a distributed services operator is bringing change, challenge and opportunity to the business, and it's employees.

They are now looking to appoint an exceptional individual to the role of Lead Engineer - Investment Portfolio.

This role will lead a small team responsible for developing and managing a risk-assessed network capital investment and network operational expenditure portfolio. You will also manage the development and on-going implementation of the Asset Management System.

To be considered for this role, it is expected you will possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Economics or similar

• Previous experience working in the electricity industry

• Good knowledge of asset management and asset planning

• Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to develop effective business cases

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders

• Willingness to embrace innovative new technology

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
