L1 / L2 Service desk support contract to start ASAP - WFH

  • Experience in administrating and maintaining services in an ITIL environment
  • Experience in ServiceNow - or similar ticking system
  • Broad understanding of IT software, hardware and communications technologies.
  • Experience in implementing ITIL processes
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud environments, Azure, Office 365
  • Experience in Incident Management/Request Management/Problem management
