Our client is a National business, a leader in its field, embarking on a large Technology transformation designed to upgrade and replace their Technology across all divisions. Working with a small IT training team you will assist in planning and implementing key strategies to support the delivery of IT training programs to the business. You will monitor and align training to the requirements of the business and create and deliver technology training to drive ongoing adoption and build user capabilities in utilising core business systems and workplace devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and deliver IT training, delivering a rich, blended learning environment
  • Training program and content development and delivery in all IT systems, applications, and devices
  • Work with the PMO to provide effective training solutions for a wide range of IT projects and initiatives
  • Creation of user guides, quick reference guides, training videos and e-learning modules
  • Work in collaboration with the IT Training Manager and wider IT Training Team to manage IT Training Database and LMS attendance records and ensure a record of participants is kept and maintained
  • Conduct research to obtain all relevant information for new and updated training programs
  • Provide advice on new technologies to other IT Trainers
  • Contribute and assist with IT Training Strategy
  • Take part in the change management and adoption process for new IT application, hardware and software implementations
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption

Key Experience:

  • 5 years'+ experience in an IT training or learning and development role
  • Comprehensive skills in developing training materials, including quick reference guides, training videos and e-learning modules
  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge of Camtasia, PowerPoint and Articulate 360
  • Demonstrated capability using wide range of facilitation skills and techniques to deliver learning outcomes, including facilitating virtually and in person
  • Experience in a wide range of IT systems and devices
  • Knowledge of current learning and development methods and practices
