About the Role
Looking for a dynamic IT HelpDesk/ Desktop Support person to join their IT support team based in Brisbane.
An opportunity to work for a Global company in their close knit IT support team and a variety of IT projects and BAU activities.
- Respond to tickets, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades
- Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents
- Experience in similar Desktop Support / Helpdesk / Servicedesk (IT) role
- Windows/network/ application support and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow ticketing
- Incident management & ITIL understanding
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
