About the Role

Looking for a dynamic IT HelpDesk/ Desktop Support person to join their IT support team based in Brisbane.

An opportunity to work for a Global company in their close knit IT support team and a variety of IT projects and BAU activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Respond to tickets, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades
  • Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents


About You

  • Experience in similar Desktop Support / Helpdesk / Servicedesk (IT) role
  • Windows/network/ application support and troubleshooting
  • ServiceNow ticketing
  • Incident management & ITIL understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
