Davidson are looking for an experienced Help Desk support- Level 1&2 for our client within the Govt Space for an initial 2 month contract.
Role: IT Helpdesk (Level 1&2)
Duration: Initial 2 month
- Provide first point of contact support services to I&CT clients.
- Provide responsive technical support in the investigation and resolution of client incidents.
- Provide technical knowledge and skills in the fulfilment of requests from clients.
- Provide second-level desktop support and request services including installation of desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Maintain an awareness of current and emerging whole of Government ICT through researching of strategies, policies, standards, and of relevant technologies and industry best practice.
- Significant experience in providing Level1&2 support for the operating systems
- MS window 8.1, Office 365.
- Desktop and laptop hardware support
- Sound understanding in ITIL process especially incident and request fulfilment is essential.
