About the Role

This role is technology focused for the HR and payroll department, the business is going through a large technology transformation from SAP HCM to CHRIS21. You will be responsible for managing and integrating the project and dealing with multiple stakeholders.

  • Monitor service queues for assigned incidents, requests, problems and queries to be processed
  • You will be responsible for coordination and delivery of the activities attributed to the respective third parties
  • Ensure enhancements and Projects are undertaken in accordance with IT Governance, Standards, Strategies and project management methodology
  • Continuously improve the reliability, capability and processes for delivering and supporting the functions within the remit of this role
  • Establish an understanding of medium and longer term business priorities, directions and initiatives through appropriate forums and IT Governance cycle outputs
  • Utilise opportunities to understand how SAP is being utilised by the Business and where opportunities may exist for improvement of utilisation to drive business benefits or to reduce organisational costs. These opportunities may be appropriate to register as problems to be investigated.

About You

  • Experience working in the FMCG industry (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in Australian Payroll - SAP, Chris21, Workday.
  • Strong ability to provide solutions for any technical issues and challenges
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, business users at all levels, both formally and informally.
  • Experience of STP Payroll and in Australian legislation and working knowledge of SAP CPI.
  • Experience in Kronos configuration and maintenance
  • Excellent Knowledge of Chris21
  • Working knowledge of PI/PO
