This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Sales professional who can use their existing networks, as well as having the ability to build new connections, with leaders in Australian and International brands to build strong relationships and deliver forward-thinking, innovative, and impactful projects.
You will have experience in generating new sales opportunities as well as expanding revenue from current clients. You seek out opportunities to partner with clients to solve complex people problems and deliver commercial returns. You place value on self-development through daily training and enablement, both in professional and personal life, and you are a relationship builder who can quickly understand client needs and requirements.
Typically our most successful consultants come from one of the two following backgrounds:
- Executive Search Consulting, talking to the C-Suite day in day out, and are searching for a way to make a broader commercial impact on their business;
- Experienced HR Professional with a history of sourcing and winning projects, seeking to learn more, and be at the forefront of Employee Experience and Performance Consulting.

You will support our national business growth and assist our clients in achieving their organisational goals and aspirations for their people as part of our People, Experience and Performance (PXP) team.
You will seek to win work across the whole talent lifecycle from attraction and selection, on-boarding, development, leadership acceleration, through to supporting those being transitioned into new roles or careers. Our commitment is to deliver a client experience that sets us apart from our competitors.
- Tertiary qualified - HR or Business disciplines advantageous
- Considerable experience working on internal Organisational Development strategies and solutions - 10 years, we may consider less with significant and specifically applicable skills
- Full sales cycle background, including planning, proposing, forecasting, negotiation and delivery
