Job Description

Our CBD client is a leading fixed income specialist whose aim is to support clients in strategically making their most profitable investment decisions and grtowing their portfolio. Due to an internal restructure they are currently recruiting for a highly driven, self-motivated HR Operations Partner to join the HR Department and manage the administration of all HR processes and associated systems across the employee lifecycle, as well as developing and managing HR data, analytics and reporting. A strong background in HR reporting and Advanced Excel skills and reporting ability, will see you successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end HR administration processes associated with employee lifecycle - onboarding to offboarding
  • Support HR strategic initiatives (Workforce Planning, Talent, Culture and Development) and actively contribute to the achievement of business goals
  • Coordinate recruitment, new starter, orientation, on-boarding and induction material
  • Use HR data and metrics to develop, update and manage reports on HR systems and registers
  • Support effective decision making in HR through delivery of accurate, timely and complete data
  • Develop, prepare and enhance accurate and meaningful data quality metrics, analysis and reports
  • Be the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries
  • Ad hoc HR administration and project support as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary degree in HR (or equivalent) and minimum 5 years' experience in similar HR Analrole
  • Demonstrated HR data administration, analysis and reporting experience
  • High level of experience with HR systems, payroll and reporting
  • Highly numerate and analytical with advanced Excel skills and knowledge
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and develop effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly skilled in analyzing data, reporting and problem solving
  • Energetic with a positive "can do" attitude, mature and grounded in approach and operating style
  • Self-motivated and resilient team player with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of professional integrity, excellence and can maintain confidentiality
