Our client provides a range of services that touches all facets of the community. With a large scale workforce, the organisation is currently looking to develop, roll out and embed a significant change program.
The HR Business Partner will engage and consult with the business to develop a true partnership approach during this time of organisational change. Working closely with the Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner will assist to facilitate change across the business that will include both behavioural and system change.
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in a business partnering model, and have worked in a face paced environment and dynamic environment, influencing, coaching and working with business leaders in promoting cultural change and organisational change. You will have utilised HR data and metrics to enhance the employee experience through a period of change and developed strong relationships across a business to support employees. Furthermore experience in the industrial relations space will also be beneficial to support the organisation during this time of change.
Strong interpersonal skills will be a key strength, as will your ability to collaborate and facilitate across a diverse workforce in an evolving and changing landscape. You will be results orientated, innovative and commercial in approach whilst being empathetic, highly energetic and compassionate. Passion, honesty and integrity will be key attributes in the success of this role. A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources is essential.
