The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners across Australia (urban, regional and rural) and supports the Australian health system by setting standards for education and practice and advocating for better health and wellbeing for all. RACGP supports the dedicated GP's who make up Australia's largest medical specialty, ensuring the health of the profession so that members can provide the best comprehensive, planned and proactive primary care of their patients.

Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, the Head of People, Culture and Learning will be responsible for the strategic and operational requirements of the People, Culture and Learning function. Providing expert advice and partnering closely with the business, the Head of People, Culture and Learning will take the organisation on a journey of cultural transformation, with a focus on value alignment and excellence in customer experience. The Head of People, Culture and Learning will lead the review of the people and culture strategy and will develop processes and systems to enhance outcomes across the organisation that will contribute to a customer centric, contemporary and value adding service to RACGP members. As an executive leader and advisor, the Head of People, Culture and Learning will support the executive and teams in the development of current and future leaders, building capability and embedding a new leadership framework across the organisation.

With tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field, the successful Head of People Culture and Learning will have experience at the executive level and will have lead significant cultural transformation and change across an organisation. With a proven ability to influence and deliver on strategic priorities, you will have a proven track record in developing and building capability and high performing, value aligned teams.
