Job Description

About the Company

First State Super has been established for over 25 years and is one of Australia's largest super funds with more than 770,000 members. They are the custodians of a combined superannuation and retirement savings asset pool of over $89 billion. As a public offer fund they are open to anyone to join and the majority of their members are employed in the public sector, education, health and community services, police and emergency services. They are a 'profit to members' fund and their underlying philosophy is 'members first' and 'to build a better future for all Australians'.

Headquartered in Sydney with offices throughout NSW, ACT, VIC and WA they have a large team of over 500 employees servicing the needs of their members.

In June 2016, the fund acquired 100% of the financial planning organisation StatePlus - this acquisition creates the largest member-owned advice network in Australia.

First State Super has been granted the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation for 2018. This is the second year in a row they have received this citation, which is a clear representation of the commitment to gender equality in their business.
