This green field opportunity will see you build the marketing function from scratch. The business currently does marketing through external parties and while this support will not disappear, it is expected that as the Head of Marketing you will gradually take more ownership and eventually bring functions in house. The broader purpose of the role is to drive revenue growth in ANZ through providing exceptional marketing return on investment. The sales team utilise Salesforce as their CRM and it is expected that you will be familiar with how to utilise salesforce from a marketing standpoint. Other areas of responsibility will include digital marketing, brand management, PR and Communications and social media management. As a direct report to the CEO, you will enjoy a high profile in the business and be expected to contribute to the broader leadership team around achieving their strategic objectives.
You will be an experienced marketing professional who has the ability to think strategically but act operationally. The role will be hands on and will mean that you get to oversee all aspects of the marketing that is produced by the organisation. Experience within the technology industry as well some experience of having worked within the environmental/sustainability field would be a clear advantage. You must have some knowledge of Salesforce and how to utilise it to its maximum potential. A relevant tertiary qualification will be viewed favourably although not essential.
