About the Role
Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, the busy and dynamic position is responsible for leading all Sales, Consulting and Marketing activities across the region. This includes developing and refining the organisation's domestic sales and customer strategy, and cultivating the processes, discipline and capability to deliver against agreed KPI's. Responsibilities also include account management, developing new market opportunities and continuing to nurture the exceptional reputation of their brand, people and solutions.
Ultimately, the key measures of success will blend developing a best-in-class sales function and executing a rigorous, considered and disciplined sales strategy.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A degree or tertiary education in an engineering/technical discipline, and at least 18 years in progressively larger-scoped sales positions.
- An expert appreciation and proven track record of employing sales strategies in large, complex and often long sales cycles with outstanding results
- Extensive experience in the Automation sector servicing large multinational clientele with an inherent appreciation for tailored, value-based consulting solutions
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive, highly energised and collaborative philosophy towards achieving performance outcomes
