Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive team, the General Manager Community Health and Care will lead the integration of services to enable customers to enjoy a positive and respectful experience of life in the community. Leading and inspiring teams and building capability to meet the needs of the new operating model, the GM Community Health and Care will drive a culture that is focused on quality of care, best practice and continuous improvement.

Working as a part of the executive team to identify business opportunities for growth, drive innovation and improved outcomes, the General Manager Community Health and Care will be an influential and strategic leader with a proven ability to enhance performance and drive new initiatives within the business. The successful candidate will also ideally have exposure to clinical environments, a strong financial acumen and experience in project management and leading large multidisciplinary teams in Aged Care, Health or Community focused organisations. Developing leadership capability and driving a high performing culture that has a focus on quality, the value of community and customer outcomes will be key to success in this role.
