About the Role
We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team in the Blue Care Regional and Remote Services. Reporting to the Group Executive Regional and Remote Services, the purpose of this role is to provide management and leadership to the designated geographical cluster within Blue Care in line with the Mission, Values and organisational strategic direction. The position has a strong focus on general management of the operations of the Fraser Coast cluster, ensuring efficient and effective high quality services are provided in Aged Residential Care, Community Care and Disability Services. The role is based in Bundaberg and there is regular travelling across the Fraser Coast and to Brisbane.

You need to have passion, be self-driven and committed to making a substantial contribution to the wellbeing of people who need your assistance the most. You will have strong operational experience and have worked in a senior management role within a complex Aged Care or Health environment.
