Job Description

  • Two newly created General Manager opportunities
  • Values driven and community focused NFP
  • Can be located in any state

Access Care Network Australia (ACNA) is a WA based organisation and a subsidiary of Silver Chain Group, providing support nationally to over 50,000 Australians each year. With a dispersed workforce, ACNA works towards ensuring clients receive the right level of care and support they need to remain independent and connected to their community. This is achieved through holistic, wellness based assessment in partnership with clients and their carers.

ACNA are currently looking to expand the executive team to further support the CEO and the organisation's potential for significant growth. Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager of Aged Care and General Manager of Disability will work within their portfolios to provide strategic direction and innovative and operational leadership. Connecting people to purpose in the organisation and leading passionate people to be the best they can be, the General Managers will lead their teams to ensure clients are supported throughout their experience with ACNA.

As collaborative and value driven leaders, the GM's will have significant experience in either aged care or the disability sector and have an understanding of government funding models and the development of business in these areas. With strong influencing and relationship building skills, the leaders in these roles will work with a range of stakeholders (including federal government) and ensure the delivery of a quality service in line with contractual funding obligations. The ability to be agile and adapt to the potential changing needs of the environment will be critical for the success of these roles. Developing leadership capability and driving a high performing culture that has a focus on "helping people do amazing things" across the workforce will also be important to contribute towards the success of ACNA.

This is an opportunity to join an organisation that genuinely cares about people and that has significant impact in the sectors in which they operate.
