About the Company

We're representing a company which is a well-known and well-established Tier Two Builder Developer. Working predominantly within High Rise Residential Projects, they have a reputation for delivering innovative and dynamic property developments in Sydney. The business has a proven track record in exceeding international benchmarks with its inspirational design and construction approach. With a strong pipeline of projects, our client is looking for four Foreman to help with the upcoming work they have on.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Site Manager
  • Working closely alongside senior members of the on site team
  • Manage subcontractors on site
  • Maintain relationships with authorities and unions, resolving issues in accordance with the site's guidelines
  • Ensure quality of works and OH&S is adhered to


About You

Not only will have have experience as a Foreman in High Rise Residential projects, you will also have the drive to make every project you work on a success. You will have exposure to managing finishes both on time and on budget. You will have excellent leadership skills, time management and ability to build rapport on site.
