This Australian organisation are going through a period of strong growth and are looking to attract talent that can grow with the organisation. They are looking for Finance Manager who can manage the team and set up systems and procedures that will set up the organisation up for future growth.
About the Role
This is a hands on role reporting into the Senior Leadership team. The role is all-encompassing producing financial statements and managing a small team.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of monthly Financial Reports
- Preparations of the BAS, PAYG and FBT returns
- Look at recharges
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare the management reporting pack (KPI reporting, sales reports etc)
- Manage a small team AP/AR Payroll
- Maintain the Asset Register
- Drive process improvement across the finance function
To be successful in this role you will have over 5 years experience in a similar role. You will have experience managing a small team and have the ability to manage upward and downwards.
Experience using MYOB and strong excel skills are required for this role. You should have no problems with things such as pivot tables, Vlookups and complex formulas.
This role will suit someone who can take responsibility for the financials and who can work with the CFO to clean up and improve systems and procedures.
