Central Highlands Water (CHW) is a leading regional water corporation based in Ballarat, delivering essential water and waste water services to more than 150,000 people across 15 supply systems. This is an executive role, requiring both strategic and operational oversight to enhance customer outcomes through the delivery of high quality water services.

Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure Planning & Operations, you will lead a team of highly capable professionals across strategy and operations of the entire water supply system from catchment through to customers tap. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including the Board and Executive Management to identify emerging issues and implement opportunities for innovation to contribute to the organisational strategy as it relates to optimising the water supply system. This will be achieved via collaborative relationships and technological innovation and investment in water quality, water security and reliability to meet the aspirations of our customers and to ensure the organisation remains a leader in the industry.

You bring experience in planning, securing and managing supply systems to ensure secure, reliable and efficient services are provided to all customers. As an Executive Manager, you will have the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and build collaborative partnerships that will allow you to successfully deliver results. Highly regarded for your genuine and authentic style, you have the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with people whilst also investing and developing those within your teams. You will know how to drive performance outcomes and achieve results within a highly regulated operating environment. Your leadership and professionalism will be the foundation of helping the organisation achieve ongoing success in a 'safety first' culture that supports our aspiration of zero harm.
