MBV is looking for a talented and passionate Executive Manager, Strategy, People and Legal to join our executive leadership team at an exciting time of transformational change. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Manager Strategy, People and Legal will provide the leadership to drive the development and implementation of the corporate strategy and the people and culture strategy. The role has executive leadership of the Advisory Teams providing legal, IR and OHS services to MBV's members and internally across our organisation, and will be the key driver of our people and culture initiatives, including leadership development, capability development, talent and succession planning, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. As a member of the Executive team, this role is integral to the successful delivery of the MBV vision, mission, purpose, core values and strategic direction.

With tertiary qualifications in a related field, you bring experience in senior leadership roles with coverage for IR, Human Resources, Legal, OHS, People and Culture and strategic planning. You have exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across an organisation. You have demonstrated experience working closely with executive teams and a proven ability negotiating Enterprise agreements, preferably within the building and construction or allied industry. Possessing a high level of passion, energy and ambition, you are a resilient and outcomes driven individual ready for your next challenge.
