This newly created roles will form part of our dynamic senior leadership team and provide strategic oversight and leadership that enhances the quality of life and value for the community.
Reporting to the General Manager City Growth & Organisational Capability, the Executive Manager of People Culture & Safety will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to our organisational capability: human resources; health, safety and wellbeing and people & culture systems and analytics functions as well as contributing more broadly to the strategic leadership of the organisation and curation of a positive organisational culture.

Serving as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, the role will support the Chief Executive Officer and organisation to deliver this Strategy
To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker with a track record managing high performing teams. With tertiary qualifications in a related field, you will have experience leading cultural change in complex organisations. Proven ability to lead the development and implementation of complex and sensitive projects together with your creative mindset and the ability to lead, manage and motivate employees to their full potential will ensure you deliver successfully. With a mix of operational and strategic experience, you will have demonstrated experience coaching organisational leaders to support and implement change. Your extensive experience in strategic, tactical and operational work related to People and Safety will underpin your ability to drive positive change in the business and drive excellence in performance. You are a values driven leader who is known for your collaborative approach and genuine commitment to making a difference in community.
