This is an exciting time to join the CEO and executive team on this journey for a 12 month maternity leave contract, with a possibility of future opportunities.

The role of Executive Manager, Office of the CEO is a critical position which provides exceptional support to the CEO with the management of the day-to-day and strategic activities of the Office of the CEO. It is a trusted advisor to both the CEO and Executive Team, holds a seat around the leadership table and works closely with all to support the high performance of the collective Executive Team.

The role is varied, responding to issues as they arise including preparing reports, analysing data, preparing speeches and developing policy as required. A crucial part of the role will be to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and activities of the Office of the CEO. Working collaboratively with Group Communications, the role will also support the CEO with execution of timely and effective stakeholder engagement and communications activities to measurably improve external and internal stakeholder engagement, connectedness and commitment to the organisation and our strategic purpose.
