Our client is a for-purpose organisation that delivers multiple services to a range of small to mid-sized businesses across Victoria. With approximately 200 employees, they are one of the most influential organisations in their sector. Based in the CBD, this important role will drive customer growth through building brand and value.
Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Executive Team, you will lead the development and implementation of a new strategy, and drive the performance of the marketing team to continue to position the organisation as an industry leader. You will partner with key leaders across the organisation to oversee the implementation and delivery of the marketing strategy. This is a fast-paced role that requires energy and drive to achieve commercial outcomes for the organisation.
The role is unique in that it is a combination of high-level marketing strategy, and being able to translate that strategy to operations. We are looking for a marketing leader who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved in delivery of campaigns. There will be a big focus on digital, data and analytics as a way of driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will leverage the newly-implemented digital platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Sitecore) to drive greater customer insights, and then leverage the data to be more targeted in your campaigns. The tools are in place for you to revolutionise the digital engagement strategy, and you will ensure your team is driving content and services that meet the customers' needs.
You possess a track record of achievement as a people leader, and have led strategy development and campaign management with a strong focus on digital. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to drive metrics and tangible outcomes for the business. Holding a degree in Marketing or related discipline, you have a thorough knowledge of current marketing principles, brand and product, and service management, and have applied this with great success in a lean business environment. Additionally, you are fast-paced, energetic and succinct, and evidence-based in your delivery style.
