Working closely with a dynamic and supportive CEO, the Executive General Manager People & Culture will lead a strong and experienced team and will be responsible for the strategic and operational requirements of the People & Culture function. Partnering with the Executives and all levels of the organisation, the EGM P&C will provide expert leadership and advice and will take genU on a journey of significant cultural transformation. With a national footprint and strong growth agenda, the EGM People & Culture will also review, transform and deliver the People and Culture Strategy, including workforce planning, leadership and capability development and health and wellbeing, to ensure sustainable growth and client driven outcomes.

With Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field, the successful EGM People & Culture will have significant experience in a senior executive capacity with large community focused workforces or commercial experience with a strong value alignment to the sector. As a strategic leader, and trusted advisor to the CEO, you will bring experience in developing the next generation of leaders in a multidisciplinary environment that is high performing and quality focused. Agility, thoughtfulness, collaboration and honesty will also be key attributes for the success of this role.
