The Executive Director, People & Culture provides strategic and operational leadership and guidance to the organisation, optimising the People and Culture service offerings to support the Board, GCE, executive and workforce. As a trusted advisor to the GCE, the new ED, P&C will build collaborative relationships with executive peers and drive a culture that is aligned to the strong Epworth brand and values. The ED, P&C will also work closely with the business to lead the strategic review, planning and transformation of the workforce model, further supporting an engaged and motivated workforce. Review of the HR digital systems that support the P&C function, business and overall employee experience will also be key to enabling the continued focus of excellence in patient care and service delivery.

With tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field, the successful ED, People & Culture will have significant experience in a senior executive capacity within health or environments with large complex workforces. As a strategic leader, you will also have a proven ability to lead, influence and deliver on strategic priorities of the Executive and the People and Culture function. Integral to this role is a proven track record in developing the next generation of leaders in a multidisciplinary environment that is high performing and quality focused.
