About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Director with a broad community services background to join an organisation that is continually adapting, evolving and responding to community need in line with the BCYF vision.

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director Client Services will take an all of organisation executive approach while providing strategic and inspirational leadership to a large team across the portfolios of Early Years, Community Health (headspace Geelong, Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drugs Services), Family and Community Services, Out of Home Care and Youth Services. You will support your Managers to lead from the front while you focus on strategically identifying opportunities for improvement, consolidation, growth and new focus areas through evidence, research and current trend analysis. Furthermore, you will take a contemporary approach to developing and enhancing practice and governance excellence while developing and maintaining mutually beneficial, stakeholder relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, BCYF are seeking a contemporary, inspirational and dynamic executive leader with expertise in the strategic development and implementation of a broad range of community services programs within a complex multidisciplinary organisation. You demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and are highly regarded for your ability to inspire high performing teams and for your ability to quickly build trust with and to maintain relationships with your stakeholders. Knowledge of the not for profit sector and government departments will be seen an advantage.
