About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant for a newly created role. This position has been described as the glue of the business (of 18 staff and counting), and is not your typical Executive Assistant position.

Through providing high level support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team of 3, you will have flexibility to make this role your own and be given freedom to implement processes and procedures to improve operating efficiencies and deliver a high level of customer service to your stakeholders. You will have the ability to position yourself as the trusted advisor with this space.

Your duties will include (but not be exclusive) to the following:

  • Complex diary management, travel coordination and correspondence management
  • Prepare, attend and minute weekly management meetings
  • Travel management and events coordination
  • Work in tandem with Receptionist to support, meet clients and answer the telephone
  • Implement new administrative procedures and functions to improve on existing practices
  • Attend to the day-to-day running of office
  • Primary tenant representative to building management, maintenance requests etc
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with key stakeholders

About You

You will be regarded for your genuine care and dedication, along with the ability to take on a high pressure position. Previous experience in the building industry will be highly regarded.

You will have extensive experience within the roles of office manager and Executive Assistant at the C-suite level, whilst possessing advanced skills in MS Office suite.
