This is an ideal opportunity for you to utilise your knowledge and experience gained as a Sales Estimator in the building industry and take the step up into Management. Applicants must have "volume" background with at least 100 new builds per year and be strong communicators who can demonstrate a successful track record in a time critical role.

About the Role
Investigating, resolving and producing sales costings, preliminary tender costings within set time frames.
Initiating quotes from suppliers where necessary.
Pricing and reviewing all variations - checking files for previous costings that may impact on variations.
Liaising with staff answering technical questions and keeping all original documentation up to date and inclusive of any changes requested.
Maintaining Framework notes on Special Requests and Issues.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role - i.e. residential sales estimating experience
Competent and confident user of DataBuild
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
Strong knowledge of Australian Construction Standards
Good pricing and analytical skills across all trades
Good team player with excellent time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
