As part of this commitment to the community, volunteers and operational staff, CFA are seeking to appoint a hands-on, high performing leader to the role of Director, Workplace Relations & Business Partnering.
This is an incredibly exciting time and a great opportunity to play a critical role in the people focused transformation across this iconic organisation of volunteers and corporate staff. As part of the People & Culture leadership team you will lead key operational functions and help to meet volunteer brigade, professional staff and community needs. This role will provide strategic leadership and operational support to the HR Business partnering, Workplace Relations and Case Management teams to deliver cultural change across the organisation.
Your clarity of purpose, exemplary behavioural leadership, ability to communicate and build relationships and be accountable for delivery will see you build trust and long-lasting engagement with a contemporary, diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. You will set the direction, take people on a journey and through your expertise and determination, and lead change to the delivery of the required outcomes.
