As a result of this restructure, this exciting HR executive role has become available.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources and working alongside a highly capable leadership team, this executive role will be responsible for the strategic leadership of approximately 120 staff focusing on a new system implementation / upgrade, workforce reporting and data analysis, people projects/programs and governance. With a diverse portfolio, the role will also oversee HR operations (including a significant high performing payroll function), HR Strategy & Projects. With a number of the high profile initiatives including the new system implementation, the role will work actively across the organisation and be an active member of the executive team, providing data, insights and analysis to assist making more informed decisions across the business.

To be successful in this role you will be a proven HR executive with experience working within large and complex organisational settings, such as public sector, higher education, private/public health to name a few. You have a passion for people and improved processes which is demonstrated by the successful implementation of past systems and processes. You are driven by evidence and use data / metrics with your highly developed engagement skills to influence decisions and truly add value to organisational strategy.
