Reporting to the Executive Director Corporate Services, the Director Finance and Procurement will form an integral member of the senior leadership team. Responsible for strategically leading the finance and procurement functions, the Director will ensure the long-term financial viability and success of the organisation. In conjunction, the Director will collaborate widely with the business and support them in enhancing their financial and procurement nous through systems, processes and reporting methods.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a naturally engaging people person with demonstrated experience leading a client focused finance and procurement function. You are CA/CPA qualified and have proven experience working in a large complex organisation within the broader education, public or community sector. You demonstrate strong community values and a passion for lifelong learning. You are politically astute and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to engage with your Executive Teams and Board. You are highly regarded for your inspirational staff leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement through effective strategies, systems and processes.
