The recent appointment of Mick Cummins as CEO, presents an opportunity to join Bayside at an exciting time as the Director Corporate Services. Council is seeking a strategic and committed leader with highly developed communication skills and an inclusive and engaging style.
The appointee will have a demonstrated track record of successful leadership in a complex service organisation and will have demonstrated the ability to:
- build collaborative working models and relationships;
- lead the delivery of strategic and effective support services to enable maximization of service delivery outcomes for the Bayside Community.
The high performing Corporate Services function includes a newly established Enterprise Project Management Office, finance, property, risk, information systems, governance, and others and as the Director, you will continue to add value by supporting the organisation to achieve exceptional customer and community service. An additional key part of this role is the oversight of a number of high profile and complex projects including major precinct redevelopment, land acquisition and development.
