About the Company
Davidson is excited to present a brand new Devops Engineer opportunity with a global organisation that is driving incredibly well through the pandemic. This is an initial 6 month contract with a strong chance of extension. You will work within a talented Agile product development team, The office is in Brisbane CBD, but you will initially work from home.
About the Role
- Management of Servers / Agents for the production of "builds" based on developer check-ins across various branches of server based product
- Management of the pipeline to ensure test coverage
- Management of open source software licensing, processes, scanning, escalation and resolution
- Liaison with IT department to ensure systems are up to date with latest security, operating system updates, etc
- Use and configuration of collaboration tools for effective teamwork and liaison with third parties for upgrades.
About You
- Experience with server product platform - Java, Java FX, Python, Groovy, Bash
- Build and Pipeline products - Git, Maven, Jenkins and Plugins, Sonar and Artifactory, Server and Azure DevOps hybrid environment
- Technology platforms - Linux/Windows Server, Docker, SQL Server, Oracle
- Artifactory XRay and Fortify Scanning
