One of TfNSW major divisions has an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced professional for the Deputy Executive Director responsible for the coordination of a workforce in a complex operating environment for the delivery of strategic objectives and operational performance.
Also, the role is the senior interface with Transport Learning & Development, which will see you manage the planning, prioritisation, and development of training programs to coordinate the trainee portfolio providing advice and recommendations on recruitment, training, and trainee management.
Reporting directly into the Executive Director, you will have four direct reports which branch out to a crew of up to 900 staff so you will need to manage a variety of executive internal and external stakeholders.
Essentially you will come with experience working with peers to deliver shared network objectives, dealing with Unions in a complex industry and have demonstrated experience working across multiple locations with a diverse workforce.
This is very much a leadership role so you will need to have exceptional communication skills (written and oral), strong workforce planning, training capability and people skills.
This is a permanent role within a great team of people who are working collaboratively on an ongoing program delivering continuous development and improvement.
Remuneration is up to $300K package.
