One of TfNSW major divisions has an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced professional for the Deputy Executive Director responsible for establishing and managing the interface between external projects and a large operational workforce to ensure that business requirements and project objectives are aligned so the business is prepared for operation as scheduled.
This role will manage the transition of all project deliverables to BAU to ensure that the business has capacity and capability to operationalise changes. In addition, you will manage the workforce delivery capability to plan, deliver and provide oversight of an optimised delivery portfolio that supports and enables the directorate's business objectives.
Reporting directly into the Executive Director, you will build a comprehensive list and develop framework to understand and monitor projects and programs that have impact on the workforce.
Essentially you will come with experience working within a complex organisation which comprises of objectives which may be far greater than what they appear, thus operating with a continuous changing environment with a diverse and multifaceted workforce.
This is very much a leadership role so you will need to have exceptional negotiation, communication skills (written and oral), business acumen and people skills.
This is a permanent role within a great team of people who are working independently but collaboratively on an ongoing program delivering continuous development and improvement.
Remuneration is up to $250K package.
