This is on a permanent basis.
My client are currently running customer journey projects that are very human centred design focused and looking for someone to take charge of these projects.
They are running multiple 2-3 Month project durations at the moment.
* CX lead required to influence business and act as customer advocate.
* Lead on "preferred reality."
* Engage stakeholders fully.
* Understand legislative requirements.
* Solve customer problems.
* Work in team of around 10 designers based in Sydney.
* End to end customer experience skills and attributes required to lead CX on multiple projects.
